Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR AN ACCOUNT OR USING OUR WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE (THE "SERVICE"). BY PROCEEDING TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT AND/OR USE THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE STATED BELOW.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT OR USE THE SERVICE.

1. Access to the Service

Warranties/Disclaimers: The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees and no warranty of any kind. We are not liable to you for any harm that may occur through your use of the Service, regardless of whose fault it might be. Our total financial liability to you is limited to a refund of the fees paid by you to us to use the Service (if applicable).

Security: Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or our online products or services or any content you access using the Service, and you do so at your own risk.

Refusal of access: We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any account or prepaid subscription without notice at any time – if you paid for your WiFi access, please contact the company you paid in respect of any refund enquiry.

Age: You are not permitted to access the Service unless you are 13 years or older.

Changes to this Agreement: The terms and conditions of this agreement may be changed from time to time by us in our sole discretion without prior notification. See section 5 below.

Term of Agreement: Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and any future versions. If you are dissatisfied with the Service or any related terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service and terminate your account.
